How do I unlock Premium?

Open Scribble Pass and go to Game Setup. Tap the "Unlock Premium" button to make a one-time in-app purchase. Premium removes ads and unlocks all drawing modes and custom game options.

Can I play without internet?

Yes! Party Mode works completely offline. Once the game starts, you don't need an internet connection.

How many players can play at once?

Scribble Pass supports 2 to 8 players per game.

Can I customize the game timer?

Yes! Premium members can customize the drawing timer, word difficulty, and other game settings. Standard players can use the default timer settings.

My purchase didn't go through. What do I do?

Try these steps:

• Close and reopen Scribble Pass
• Check your payment method is valid
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection
• Try purchasing again

If you were charged but didn't receive Premium, contact the App Store or Play Store support for help.

Can I restore my Premium purchase on a new device?

Yes. Go to Settings > Premium and tap "Restore Purchases." Sign in with the same ID used for the original purchase.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Visit our contact page with details about what happened, including:

• The device and iOS version you're using
• What you were doing when the bug occurred
• Any error messages you saw

The app keeps crashing

Try these steps:

• Force close the app and reopen it
• Restart your device
• Update to the latest version of Scribble Pass
• Free up device storage if your device is low on space

Ads aren't loading

Check your internet connection and make sure you're not using an ad blocker. If ads still won't load, try:

• Close and reopen the app
• Restart your device

Or upgrade to Premium to remove ads entirely.

The timer is running too fast or too slow

This shouldn't happen on modern devices. If you're experiencing timer issues, restart the app and try again. If the problem continues, let us know.
